Strengthening transversal competences

Transversal competences, such as communication skills, stress resistance, the ability to think creatively, teamwork skills and adaptability are now taken into account in every workplace and valued no less than "hard skills". During the XIV New Education Forum in Brussels we discussed how to develop transversal competences among young people.
